How pmup
actually works.

The better pump.fun. Fair launches, more liquidity, higher ceilings.

Coins launch on pump.fun's own bonding curve and graduate to PumpSwap like any other. What changes is where the creator fees go, who gets to buy the floor, and how much of it you can check on chain. This page covers all of it, with the real numbers.

pump.fun, with the fees pointed at the chart.

pmup launches standard pump.fun coins. Same bonding curve, same graduation to PumpSwap, same token. The difference is what happens to the creator fees after launch, and how the first buyers get in.

You choose where fees go

Pick one of 10 launch modes. It fixes, for the life of the coin, how every creator fee is split between burning supply, deepening the pool and paying the creator.

The floor is bought fairly

Fair launches pool SOL from many wallets, capped at 0.5 SOL each, and buy the floor in one transaction. No bundler gets the cheap supply.

Fees go to work every minute

A keeper collects each coin's fees every 60 seconds and executes its split on chain: buy, burn, pair, pay.

On pump.fun, creator fees go to whoever launched the coin, and what they do with them is up to them. On pmup every coin gets its own fee vault, and the launch mode decides, up front and permanently, what that vault pays for. Most modes spend the fees buying the coin back: some burn what they buy, some add it to the PumpSwap pool and burn the LP tokens so that liquidity is locked for good.

What stays exactly the same as any pump.fun coin:

  • Created with pump.fun's own program, 1,000,000,000 tokens, on the standard bonding curve.
  • Graduates to a PumpSwap pool when the curve completes, around 85 SOL.
  • Shows up and trades on pump.fun, PumpSwap and every Solana wallet and explorer.

Instant launch

pmup builds a single transaction that creates the coin on pump.fun and, if you set one, makes your initial buy (up to 50 SOL) in the same transaction. You sign once and pay the network fee. The coin is live the moment it confirms, and its page opens straight away.

The coin's pump.fun creator is set to its own fee vault, not your wallet. That is what lets the keeper route its fees by the mode you picked. Any creator share in your mode is paid to the wallet that launched.

Fair launch

Choosing a fair launch mode opens a pool instead of minting. You pick a pool cap and a window, wallets commit SOL, and the coin is created and bought in one transaction when the window closes. There is no initial buy for the creator: you join the pool like everyone else. How the pool works.

10 launch modes

A launch mode is two choices made once: how the coin launches, and how every creator fee is split. Three things a fee can do:

Burn

Buy the coin and burn what was bought. Supply goes down.

Liquidity

Buy with half, pair both halves into PumpSwap, burn the LP. The pool gets deeper and stays locked.

Paid in SOL to the wallet that launched the coin.

The fair launch pool

Fair Burn, Fair Pool, Fair Split don't mint on click. They open a pool, and the floor is bought by everyone in it at once, at the same price.

  1. 1Open

The creator sets a pool cap and a window. Nothing is minted yet.

  2. 2Commit

Wallets send SOL to the pool, at most 0.5 SOL each, until the cap is reached.

  3. 3Close

The window ends, or the pool fills early.

  4. 4Settle

One transaction creates the coin and buys with the whole pool. Allocations are pro-rata.

Committing

A commit is a plain SOL transfer from your wallet into the pool's escrow, signed in your wallet from the coin page. The minimum is 0.01 SOL. You can commit more than once until you reach the 0.5 SOL wallet cap or the pool is full.

Settlement

When the window closes, or as soon as the pool is full, the pool settles: a single transaction creates the coin on pump.fun and buys with all the pooled SOL. Every committer gets tokens in proportion to what they put in, so the first buyers all pay the same price and nobody front-runs the floor.

Settlement happens on its own. The keeper settles due pools on every pass, the coin page triggers it when it sees a closed window, and anyone can trigger it once the window is over.

06Launch

Holder-gated unlocks

Fair launch allocations don't all arrive at once. They unlock in tranches as the coin gains holders. Never on a timer, only on real distribution.

Each tranche releases 20% of your allocation. The first is available as soon as the pool settles; the rest open at 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000 unique holders. Holder counts come from Birdeye.

Unlocked tokens are claimed from the coin page with one click: the claim sends whatever is unlocked and not yet claimed to your wallet. Claim as often as you like.

07Fees

The keeper

A small process that walks every live coin every 60 seconds and carries out its launch mode on chain. One pass per coin is called an injection.

One keeper pass · per coin
every 60s
Checks firstSkip if the vault holds under 0.002 SOL, if the keeper wallet is below its 0.01 SOL gas reserve, or if a pure-liquidity mode is still waiting for its pool.
  1. 1
    Collect

Claims the coin's creator fees from pump.fun, from the bonding curve and from PumpSwap. The keeper wallet pays the transaction fee.

  2. 2
    Sweep only the new fees

The vault wallet's SOL and wSOL are measured right before and right after the collect, and only the increase moves to the keeper wallet. wSOL is unwrapped on the way. The vault's own SOL is never touched.

  3. 3
    Pay the creator shareCreator

Sent straight to the wallet that launched the coin, in SOL.

  4. 4
    One buyBurnLiquidity

A single buy of the coin, on the curve or on PumpSwap, sized to the burn share plus half of the liquidity share. Keeper buys use 8% slippage.

  5. 5
    Pair and burn the LPLiquidity

The other half of the liquidity share is deposited into the coin's PumpSwap pool together with tokens from that buy. The LP tokens that come back are burned, so that liquidity can never be pulled.

  6. 6
    Burn the restBurn

Every token bought in this pass that was not paired is burned. Only those tokens: nothing else the keeper wallet holds is ever burned or paired.

LoggedEach pass is recorded with its transaction signatures and shows up in the coin's Injections tab, next to the coin's running totals.

On the curve vs after graduation

The venue decides how the buy is made. On the bonding curve the keeper buys from the curve; once the coin has graduated it buys from the PumpSwap pool and can pair liquidity. While a coin is still on the curve there is no pool to pair into, so the liquidity share is burned along with the burn share. Pure liquidity modes with a wait rule are the exception: the keeper skips them and their fees build up in the vault until graduation.

Fair launches settle themselves

Before injecting, each pass settles any fair launch whose window has closed or whose pool is full. Nobody has to press anything: the coin mints (or the pool refunds) on the next pass after the window ends.

Running it

The keeper runs as its own process next to the site, reads the same environment, and talks to the chain and the database directly. No cron and no web server are involved.

One vault per coin

At launch every coin gets its own fee-vault key, derived for that mint alone, and it is set as the coin's creator on pump.fun. pump.fun pays the coin's creator fees to that vault, so each coin's fees can only ever be spent on that coin's own mode.

Guarantees in the code

  • A sweep moves only what the collect just added. The vault's own SOL is never touched.
  • Only tokens bought in the current pass are burned or paired, never other keeper holdings such as unclaimed fair launch allocations.
  • LP tokens from every deposit are burned in the same pass, so added liquidity cannot be withdrawn.
  • Creator shares go to the wallet that launched the coin, in the same pass the fees were collected.

On the curve

The trade panel quotes against the live curve and builds the transaction for you to sign in your wallet. Buys are entered in SOL, sells in tokens, with 2% slippage. Every trade pays pump.fun's normal fees, including the creator fee that feeds the coin's vault.

Graduation

When the curve completes, at around 85 SOL, pump.fun migrates the coin to a PumpSwap pool. The coin page switches to a link to trade there, and the keeper carries on against the pool: from now on liquidity shares are paired in and the LP is burned, and modes that were waiting pair their whole vault balance.

FAQ

Is a pmup coin a real pump.fun coin?
Yes. It is created with pump.fun's own program on the standard curve, graduates to PumpSwap, and appears on pump.fun like any other coin.
Can the launch mode be changed later?
No. The mode is stored at launch and the keeper follows it for the life of the coin. Nobody can switch it, including the creator.
Does pmup charge a launch fee?
No extra fee is added to the launch. You pay the Solana network fee and any initial buy you choose. Trades pay pump.fun's normal fees.
I launched with a creator share. How do I get paid?
You don't need to do anything. The keeper sends your share to the wallet that launched the coin each time it collects fees.
Why hasn't my coin had an injection yet?
The keeper skips a coin until its vault holds at least 0.002 SOL, and pure-liquidity modes wait for graduation. Otherwise the next pass is never more than 60 seconds away.
What happens if a fair launch doesn't fill?
If it closes under 25% of its cap, no coin is created and every commit is refunded in full.
Can burned LP or burned tokens be recovered?
No. Burns are permanent on chain. That is the point: liquidity added by the keeper is locked forever and burned supply is gone.
